We will process personal data that you provide to us for the following purposes:

1. For purposes necessary to execute a contract of which you are a party (conclusion and execution of the contract) or to take action before the conclusion of the contract for its conclusion (preparation and submission of the offer), in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 pt. b of GDPR.
2. In order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 pt. c of GDPR.
3. Furthermore, in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 pt. f of GDPR, we process personal data for the purposes necessary to fulfill the legitimate purposes of the Administrator (monitoring of the facility to ensure security, marketing of products or services offered by us, asserting claims).
4. If we process personal data for the purpose of sending commercial information by means of electronic communication, e.g. advertisements by mail or through the use of telecommunications terminal devices – sending an SMS message with advertising content, in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 pt. a of GDPR, this is done on the basis of a voluntary consent granted to us, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Planned period for storing personal data (art.15 par. 1 pt. D of GDPR)

All personal data will be deleted in accordance with the requirements of archiving data or after the withdrawal of consent expressed by the party that the data relates to. In accordance with the law, after reaching the goal or fulfilling the Administrator’s legal duty, they will be removed.

The rights of the person to whom the personal data relates.

Please be advised that in relation to the processing of your personal data you have the following rights:

You have the right to access your data as well as the right to rectify it and remove processing restrictions, the right to transfer data processed in IT systems, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (the possibility occurs if the processing takes place on the basis of consent and not, for example, on the basis of the provisions authorizing the administrator to process these data).

In addition, we would like to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Act 679/2016 of 27 April 2016.

The recipient of your personal data will be authorities authorized by law (including: Courts, Police, Prosecutor’s Office, enforcement authorities, administration authorities) or other entities processing data on the basis of data entrustment agreements and in other cases only with the consent of the person the data relates to.

Your personal data to a third country or international organization.

Should you consider that Parktel Sp. z o.o., as a data controller, processes them in a way that violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 10 May 2018, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Providing personal data within the scope of binding provisions of laws and ordinances is obligatory; in the remaining one it is voluntary.

Your data will not be processed in an automated way, including profiling.
